Held Myanmar industrial human resources development symposium

On March 17, we co-hosted a symposium on industrial human resources development in Myanmar with the Liberal Democratic Party’s Japan-Myanmar Parliamentarian Friendship League and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in preparation for the full-scale opening of the Japan Myanmar Vocational Training Institute (JMVTI) Aung San, a vocational training center being established under the auspices of Myanmar’s Ministry of Science and Technology.
The symposium attracted nearly 200 attendees, including the 30-strong delegation from Myanmar, and featured lectures and panel discussions on approaches to personnel training in Myanmar and the expansion of Japanese companies into Myanmar.
